Dinard is not only a fancy seaside resort offering beautiful beaches and pleasant relaxing time. The town and its coastal pathes take you to stunning views over the Channel sea, the Emerald Coast, the Rance estuary, Saint Malo.
These headlands and promenades are fringed with crazy and tormented villas. They have a whole range of stories to tell. Just think of the amazing adventures they have heard since Dinard transformed from a small fishing port in the mid 19th century into a fashionable resort frequented by artists, mighty and other eccentric people! The mix of "Belle Epoque", "Années folles" with French and British scents in a beautiful natural environment have already intoxicated quite many people...

How to come to Dinard
- By car, 10 km away from Saint Malo, 20 km away from Dinan, 75 km away from Rennes.
- By shuttle boat from Saint Malo (a 10 minute boat shuttle, from April till October) or Dinan (2.5 hr).
- By BreizhGo bus from Rennes (about 2 hrs) or Dinan (about 45 minutes), line 7. Line 16 allows to ride along the coastline (St Malo - St Briac). You can buy tickets in the bus or at the bus station.
- The Dinard - Pleurtuit airport is now dedicated to private flights. The closest airport is located in Rennes.
- With a private driver from your place / accommodation, a train station or an airport. Possibilities for private tours with a driver from Dinard to many places in Brittany (Rennes, St Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel, pink granite coast...).
