Saint Malo has considerable assets to satisfy your taste for discoveries as well as relaxing and physical activities, within the ramparts or along the coast. The city can boast a rich history, greatly related to the sea. The art of sailing, the spirit of explorers and corsairs, and the fishing port, exude a touch of adventure on its ramparts and so typical stones.
Some illustrious people grew up or roamed around the city. Saint Malo is a unique place, which is reminded by one of its old mottos : "Neither French, nor Britton, I am from Saint Malo". You could stand by and listen to its stories for a long time, to look into its heart in front of its islets and forts in harmony with the tides. You might wonder that the city had even established a brief Republic!

- Private visit: 120 euros for your own group. Night tours are also possible on demand.
- Visit within a small group: 19 euros per person (free for -8 yo, 15 euros for -18 yo). On Thursdays at 12.30.
- For families, we also suggest discovering Saint Malo with a treasure hunt (a treasure to taste!), in the footsteps of famous Malouin corsairs, 1.5 hour. We adapt the tour to the age of children. Price : 120€.
- All the light we cannot see : for those who read Anthony Doerr's beautiful book, our tour is designed to discover and imagine the world of Marie-Laure in the streets of Saint Malo.

How to come to Saint-Malo
- By car, 70 km away from Rennes, 55 km away from Mont Saint Michel and the gates of Normandy (A84 highway), 15 km away from Dinard (airport with destinations to England), 30 km away from Dinan.
- By train: TGV line Paris/Rennes/St Malo. Or byTER train from Rennes or Dol de Bretagne. SNCF time schedule (or here in French for TER trains).
- By Keolis bus from/to Mont Saint Michel. 1 bus from Saint Malo to Mont Saint Michel in the morning, 1 bus from Mont Saint Michel to Saint Malo in the afternoon. 22 euros for the round trip.
- By boat from Dinard (10 min) or Dinan (2.45 hr).
- By Illenoo bus from Rennes (line 8, about 1.35 hr, 6 euros, but few possibilities) or from Dinard / Saint Briac. Illenoo buses link cities and towns in the Ille-et-Vilaine area. You can buy tickets in the bus or at the bus station.
- With Tibus buses, to join Dinan (line 10).
- With a private driver from your place / accommodation, a train station or an airport. Possibilities for private tours with a driver from St Malo to many places in Brittany (Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Emerald coast, Rennes, Broceliande forest, Carnac, ...).
