Combourg and the surrounding area
At the heart of the area called "Romantic Brittany", Combourg is an ideal base for accommodation, located in the middle of numerous places to discover during your stay: Saint Malo, Rennes, Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Cancale, Fougères, and many other places less frequented but very interesting as well. The neighbouring Normandy has also much to show over the day.
You can enjoy the town of Combourg whether you are on holiday in couple, solo, in family, on a stage during a hike or a cycle track, or on a business trip. The charm works in the village, thanks to its authencity, but also with the castle and its lake, which shaped Chateaubriand's life, a famous French writer. You will also find an attractive variety of restaurants and shops without taking the car. On Mondays you can enjoy a very traditional market.

Rooms
We rent a private space on the ground floor including two bedrooms with a direct access from the street, to maintain your privacy. Both rooms share a bathroom and restroom. It is suitable for 1 to 4 people (two couples, a family, one or two solo travellers). One bedroom has a direct access to the terrace and garden as well, in a quiet environment! The whole private space has just been renovated, with quality bedding.
NB : if you rent one room, the other one will not be occupied. This ensures your tranquillity.
Our Breton house is ideally located in the old town of Combourg, a stone's throw from the castle, the lake, restaurants and shops.
Breakfast is possible on demand, in addition (we place great importance on fresh and quality products).
Wifi is available in the rooms.
Arrival is generally possible from 5.00pm and departure before 11.00am. We always try to match your schedule : in case you have special timing needs, please precise them when booking.

Prices include the tourist tax (collected all around France for stays in hotels and B&B).

How to come to our B&B in Combourg
- With a car. It is easy to park just nearby the house, and from here you do not need your car anymore to enjoy the town. There are many beautiful sights and activities to discover from Combourg in a short driving distance (20 minute drive to Dinan ; 30 minutes to reach Saint Malo and the seaside, Rennes or Mont Saint Michel for example).
- There is a train station in Combourg, which allows to easily and quickly go to Rennes and Saint Malo (frequent trains. One way trip : between 20 and 30 minutes). It is also possible to go with public transport to Mont Saint Michel, Dinan or Normandy (for example Caen or Granville), with one change in Dol de Bretagne.
We can advise about transport, and even meet at the train station (in Combourg, Rennes, Saint Malo...).
